First-level Unit of Metrology in Sichuan, and has 11 metrology standard certificates issued by the Administration

of Quality and Technology Supervision of Sichuan Province.

As for tests and analyses of mechanical properties and chemical composition, the company has a

complete set of advanced and special testing equipment, which is fully capable of the tests of

mechanical properties and chemical components of metal materials. As for the non-destructive test,

the company has a specific team of level-one and level-two qualifications. The inspection team has

comprehensive testing capabilities for RT, UT, MT and PT flaw detection. As for the electrical

performance tests, the company has high-voltage withstand voltage equipment and high-voltage

inter-turn impact meter, and intermediate frequency power supply and large-capacity DC power

supply, which can be used for the electric performance test of winding according to national standard

and standards of related authorities. As for the tests of assembled units, the company has three

independent test centers for hydro power, thermal power, wind turbine-generator units and low power

motors , with each center capable of testing two (or more) assembled turbine-generator units at the same time.
